Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high‑volume periods.


Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Tracking numbers are sent automatically by email once your order ships.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, this is normal—international carriers may take several days to scan the package.


Shipping Delays

SetupBoost is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs processing

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • carrier delays

  • natural events or peak seasons

Once the package is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at caseohworld@gmail.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early

  3. Contact us at caseohworld@gmail.com

We will assist you, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.

Customers are responsible for any applicable fees.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.
